How Did God Answer the July 12 Global Prayer Initiative for Jerusalem?

On June 23, 2022, Rick Ridings, Founder of Succat Hallel, a 24/7 House of Prayer in Jerusalem issued a call to intercessors worldwide to fast and pray for Israel ahead of Biden’s planned visit to Jerusalem. He asked intercessors to fast on Tuesday, July 12th, and to take 12 minutes at 12 noon to praise the Lord, and to proclaim division upon the Lord’s enemies and a thwarting of their plans during the Biden visit to Israel, Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), and Saudi Arabia on July 13th – 16th.
Biden’s intention was to rekindle talks and coordinate a top-level meeting between Israelis and Palestinians to discuss and negotiate the dividing of Israel to establish a Palestinian state.
Rick Ridings’s prophetic word from the LORD instructed intercessors that:
It is time to exercise Your authority in Me and put Your feet upon the neck of the five kings serving the spirit of Babel.
In his next blog post he writes this:
As I prayed, I felt the Holy Spirit revealed to me that the five kings upon whose necks the Warrior Bride is to put her feet are those five demonic principalities that are seeking to take back their former territory of Jerusalem and the four other key stronghold cities (the region surrounding Jerusalem).
So, How Did God Answer the Prayers of This Amazing Global Alignment of Intercessors on July 12 at 12 Noon?
After such a call to prayer on a global scale with unity and alignment, I was curious to see how the LORD might have answered the prayers of so many. I scanned the news headlines and was amazed and delighted to see that Biden’s attempted plan to jump-start talks to divide Israel and divide Jerusalem were totally stalled: see the news headline below!

Reported initiative to bring together security officials would have seen discussions focused on security and economic cooperation
US President Joe Biden’s administration recently raised the notion of a top-level meeting between Israelis and Palestinians in the White House, Axios reported Thursday, but the initiative has seemingly stalled amid political turmoil in Jerusalem.
Now here is where the story gets really amazing. This week’s Torah portion reading is Balak (Numbers 22:1-25:9).
Balaam (the “prophet for hire”) is summoned by King Balak of Moab to come and speak a curse over the nation of Israel.
Balak in the Hebrew means “devastator”.
Balaam the prophet is told by God NOT to go and speak a curse over Israel, but Balaam goes anyway. He speaks three different prophetic words over Israel and ALL THREE of them were BLESSINGS over Israel, NOT curses.
It seems that Biden has played out the role of a modern-day Balaam. He had intentions to bring about a curse over Israel with proposed talks to divide the land and establish a Palestinian state.
Instead, Biden has BLESSED Israel GREATLY in signing the “Jerusalem Declaration” which solidifies the strategic partnership between the US and Israel!

The declaration will officially outline in writing the common values between the two nations, as well as aspects of regional security both nations agree on and have been at status quo for years. While the concepts in it are not novel, it is the first such pronouncement between the two nations in decades.
This includes a section in Iran, which the official said makes a clear stand against that country’s aggression in the region and commits to both nations using their national power against the Iranian nuclear threat.
According to Israel National News, this “Jerusalem Declaration” that Biden has signed “is like a love letter”:

Following Thursday’s meeting between US President Joe Biden and interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid, a senior Israeli diplomatic source told Israel National News that the tone of the meeting was extremely positive.
“It’s no small matter when the president of a democratic state delivers such a clear statement regarding strategic partnership between our two countries in terms of our shared vision and values,” the source said.
“We haven’t had a declaration like this for decades in terms of its breadth and uniqueness. Following on support that has been somewhat less than bipartisan, this suggests a movement in the opposition direction. There are new things here, one of which is what was said – that an additional agreement of support between Israel and the United States will be necessary in the future, something that we haven’t had in the past.”
“On Iran, we saw a new development in the American commitment to use all possible means of containment. The President has not used such terms in the past.”
Current Events Align with This Week's Torah Portion!
King Balak of Moab promises Balaam he would be paid handsomely if he would come to a mountaintop and speak a curse over the people of Israel. But when Balaam goes to the mountain-top, he speaks a blessing instead:
And he took up his oracle and said:
“Balak the king of Moab has brought me from Aram,
From the mountains of the east.
‘Come, curse Jacob for me,
And come, denounce Israel!’
“How shall I curse whom God has not cursed?
And how shall I denounce whom the LORD has not denounced?
For from the top of the rocks I see him,
And from the hills I behold him;
There! A people dwelling alone,
Not reckoning itself among the nations.
“Who can count the dust of Jacob,
Or number one-fourth of Israel?
Let me die the death of the righteous,And let my end be
like his!” Numbers 23:7-10
King Balak is very upset with Balaam the prophet and tells him this:
Then Balak said to Balaam, “What have you done to me? I took you to curse my enemies, and look, you have blessed them bountifully!” Numbers 23:11
All told, Balaam ends up speaking THREE blessings over Israel!
Similarly, Joe Biden (or his handlers pulling strings behind the scenes) had the intention to curse Israel and render devastation by jump-starting talks of a Two-State Solution. But instead, Joe Biden, like a modern-day Balaam, brought forth an INCREDIBLE BLESSING for Israel when he signed the Jerusalem Declaration!
And that was in the Torah portion was for this week! Literally, the current events from Israel this week LINED UP with this week’s Torah portion! It is amazing to see the hand of God orchestrate circumstances to line up with His word!

US, Israel Sign Joint Pledge to Deny Nuclear Weapons to Iran - The Epoch Times
U.S. President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid signed a new joint declaration expanding the security relationship between the United States and Israel on July 14.
A senior White House official told reporters during a conference call that the pledge includes a renewed commitment to blocking Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
“This declaration is pretty significant, and it includes a commitment to never allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon and to address Iran’s destabilizing activities, particularly threats to Israel,” the senior White House official said.
The joint pledge notes the ongoing U.S. and Israeli support for a memorandum of understanding that was finalized while Biden was serving as vice president under former President Barack Obama.
“The declaration will also emphasize support for the Abraham Accords and expanding Israel’s integration into the region, which, of course, is a theme of this trip,” the official said.
YHVH, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob heard the prayers of thousands of intercessors all over the world who came into agreement and alignment on July 12, at 12 noon, praying for 12 minutes. All praise to Yeshua our Messiah! We give thanks, praise and honor to HIM who heard our cries and answered our prayers in such a POWERFUL and AMAZING way!
