DECLARATION OF RESOLUTION USA

(Repent, Realign, Resolve)

April 20, 2024

On this day, 20 April 2024, we have gathered to stand as an Ekklesia in agreement with compatriots from across America, at our capitol and legislative centers in Washington DC to align with God’s full intent and purposes for the United States of America.  We first and foremost acknowledge our standing before You for this great nation is solely bought and paid for by the Blood of Jesus, (1 John 1:7).  Drawn by deep concern for the wayward ways of our nation, we come boldly before Your throne of grace (Matthew 16:19, Luke 10:19, Ephesians 2:6, Hebrews 4:16) humbling ourselves according to 2 Chronicles 7:13-14 to repent of our wayward ways to realign with Your original plans and purposes for this nation.  We call on Your word and promise written by John, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:8).  To that end, we declare this resolution:

REPENT:

We acknowledge You, first and foremost, as the creator of the universe.  Our nation does not belong to any one people group but to You.  Acknowledging the First Nations of the land, we recognize America has been pursued for many incendiary purposes that have led to much internal hurt, separation, and injustice.  It has also been a place used for the unrighteous propagation of slavery. The corrupt root system of the tree of knowledge of good and evil has weakened the rule of law which contains the guidelines for peace through strength.  We stand in repentance for such history that has blighted Your purpose and destiny for America.

By Your grace, through righteous covenantal roots reflected in our foundational documents, this nation has also been chosen as a place for establishing a biblical community.  We recognize the blessing you have purposed for America that is reflected in our national pledge of allegiance: “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one Nation Under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.[1]”  Upon the basic principles of our pledge of allegiance, we stand today to confess the following:

  1.         We confess that we, today, are not one nation under God, but rather have become a nation demanding rights and privileges driven by the will of man.  We have greatly sinned by elevating self-will above God’s will.  Such a shift is reflected by:
  • Denying life to millions of babies
  • Allowing, and even exalting, the changing of natural God-given human DNA with audacious and drastic medical interventions at one’s will. Governmental espousal of a “Transgender Day of Visibility” has propagated a national agreement to an exaltation that defies Your Word (Colossians 3:5; 1 Timothy 3:1; 2 Timothy 3:2).

Such actions have separated us from You, the basis and source of life itself, and from our identity in Christ (John 1:3-4; 1 Timothy 6:13; Colossians1:16-17; John 11:25; Psalms 36:9).  As a result, lawlessness and moral depravity have erupted, as has a false mercy, which together have corrupted our historical and true rule of law and righteous boundary lines. Such moral decay has led countless thousands of people into a search for personal peace separated from You, leading to an epidemic of drugs and mental illness.  Such quests have stolen man’s destiny for peace and happiness through life with Jesus Christ. (Matthew 24:12).

  1.        We are a nation today that is increasingly divided.  Because of our complacency and failure to watch, we have fallen victim to anti-biblical laws and agendas that have divided us.  Such division is reflected in the breakdown of the family, divisions in the church, political agendas that have pushed party lines further apart on the political spectrum, anti-semitism, racism, and governmental overreach;  all of this without regard for repercussions on the people.  Unresolved anger has allowed a bitter root of division to grow between people groups.  We, as Christians from all tribes and tongues, have not fully acknowledged or worked through the forgiveness and reconciliation needed to unite us (Hebrews 12:14-15, 17).   Reconciliation efforts, which have been pursued at all levels, have largely not accomplished their desired end of transformation in the lives of people both individually and corporately.

Furthermore, we acknowledge and repent for the lack of support for Israel in recent actions of the United States.  We acknowledge such action defies Your word and promise; separating America from God’s divine plan as expressed in Genesis 12:3, “I will bless those who bless you (Israel) and curse those who curse you.”

  1.         The liberty upon which this nation was formed has been corrupted through selfish ambitions and greed.  We have allowed governmental overreach to intrude on our historic national character and our laws that were originally inspired to promote our individual God-given liberties.  Education curriculum has purposefully endorsed new theocracies that omit America’s godly heritage and history for which our founding fathers fought.  Losing sight of our heritage and foundational history has opened the door for deceptive laws and regulations to shape our mindsets and ultimately pervert and constrain our rights (Genesis 3:1, Matthew 13:19; Ephesians 4:27; 6:12).  We confess we have lost sight of fiscal responsibility as exhorted in your Word (1 Timothy 6:17-19; Romans 13:8) putting our nation in danger of economic failure.  Our freedom of speech is now being restrained through increasingly restrictive laws.  Lawlessness is abounding, fostered by selfish rule, and unresolved anger in search of a freedom that we acknowledge can only come through you.
  2.    Justice for all has been corrupted and we have fractured the plummet of righteousness declared in Isaiah 28:17, “I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plummet.”  Through the loss of biblical values and moral decay, justice is now being held captive to the opinions of men who, when pushed and pursued, can overrule written law and defy biblical values.   Justice is caving into the will and opinion of man/woman where evil is now being called good and good evil, (Isaiah 5:20). Such corruption is the fuel for the rising lawlessness which makes way for the “love of many to grow cold,” (Matthew 24:12).

We petition Your great mercy as we confess and repent of these sins knowing full well these issues are but representative of a multitude of sins that have separated us and our nation from You.  As a remnant Ekklesia, we stand before you on this day to repent of these sins.  We call upon your great mercy to forgive us.  We acknowledge it is only through your grace and the blood of Jesus this can be accomplished (Hebrews 9:11-28; Romans 3:23-26;1 John 1:9; Colossians 1:21-22; Ephesians 1:7).

We fully recognize that this confession is but a start of a much longer and difficult road to recovery, health, and healing.  As an Ekklesia of concerned citizens, we stand this day before you to commit to prayer and pursuit of Your will and way to see our nation restored.  As we  humble ourselves and determine to turn from our wicked ways, we trust You will hear our cry and heal our land according to Your great promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

RE-ALIGN

We commit to align with your covenantal purposes for America as “One nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.”   We acknowledge this day such alignment is vital for the future of our nation and that we, as Watchmen and an Ekklesia, will take up Your commission to “Tend and keep (watch) the garden (America)” you have given us (Genesis 2:15).

We acknowledge the weight of the covenantal foundations laid through our nation’s martyrs and original written documents authored by our founding fathers.

  1.        Jean Ribault, one of our nation’s first martyrs, spoke Psalm 132 over America, on October 12, 1565, before being impaled on the shores of Jacksonville, Florida. Its words carry a martyr’s weight for our nation.
  2.        For the Mayflower Compact, accredited to William Brewster, whose words laid the foundations for a biblical Ekklesia and for the Declaration of Independence and Constitution to come.
  3.       William Penn, captured God’s heart for America by building relationships with the host people through biblical foundations of trust with one another and with God.  For the duration of Penn’s life, what has been called ”The Holy Experiment” worked, and Pennsylvania became known as “the birthplace of the nation.”  So powerful were Penn’s contributions to the foundation of America’s original framework that Thomas Jefferson, writer of the Declaration of Independence, called him “the greatest lawgiver the world has produced.”  Of the founding fathers, Penn came closest to capturing the heart of God as it relates to relationships with the host people.
  4.    The Declaration of Independence:  We embrace the inalienable rights contained in the Declaration of Independence and expand to include the host people of America. We repent of the reference to the host people as “merciless Indian savages.”  As the Ekklesia, we strike those words and shut that access to the enemy.  We decree God’s original intent for America and our dependence upon Him
  5.   The Constitution:  We affirm our constitution that was fought and deliberated for, and reflected in its opening words:  “We the people of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish, Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. (2)”
  6.    The Bill of Rights:  We affirm the first ten amendments to the Constitution that spell out Americans’ rights and liberties in relation to the government.

RESOLVE:

We, the undersigned, resolve this day, as an Ekklesia, to contend for alignment with You as our Savior, and Your sovereign purposes for America.  We will follow the command David spoke of in opening the book of Psalms:

“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,

nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful;

but his delight is in the law of the Lord,

and in His law he meditates day and night,” (Psalm 1:1-2).

We resolve to commit our way to You upholding Godly biblical values that build up the body, align with Your word, and honor Jesus for our nation.

We affirm our stance with Israel, knowing full well the vital covenantal weight the nation (Israel) carries for the history and redemption of America and mankind.

We acknowledge that You are watching over your Word to perform it and “it will not return to You void,” (Isaiah 55:11).

We thank and praise You for Your anticipated visionary guidance and strategy for the execution of our petition knowing full well it is “Not by might, nor by power but by Your Spirit,” (Zechariah 4:6).

We resolve to stand our Watch committed to and contending for your covenant purposes for ourselves, our families, and our nation. As the Ekklesia, we decree that all branches of our government: executive, legislative, and judicial, and every level: federal, state, and local, shall align to Your plumbline of righteousness and justice and to Your purposes for America.

    He has involve me with ministry to the Native the The Lord bless this mighty work you’re doing!! Abba Father May Your Holy Spirit blow on this work!
    I love your heart for the Native Americans! He has given me a small ministry to the Native Americans, especially the Iroquois. as you well know they were, they are are His original stewards of this nation!!!
    If only more Christians today would be like William Penn!!! I’m praying, trying to decide whether to move back to upstate New York where I’m from- or the Pennsylvania, New York border.
    I’ve known what a good man William Penn is. I believe that’s where He will take me to Pennsylvania on the New York border.
