Some time ago, I received an email from someone who was offended with me. In the email, it recounted a history of our relationship and there were a list of accusations in the email. Basically, the email told a story of our history and various people were mentioned where I was portrayed as the “bad guy” who screwed up every time in the list of relationships. In my lifetime, I have had many different jobs and done many different things. In a recent job, I had three different major roles that I did at the organization. In the spirit, I saw myself driving a big tractor. I was very focused on plowing straight rows.
